Hertsmere Borough Council is looking for volunteers to join our new website testing panel – could you help?
The website testing panel will see early versions of council web pages and services, and be invited to give their feedback on the content and design.
Leader of the Council, Councillor Morris Bright MBE, Portfolio Holder for Communications, said: “Our website is a vital resource for our residents and service users, so it’s important that it’s as user-friendly and accessible as possible.
“The process is simple and not time-consuming. We’ll email you with a page to look at, along with a few questions, a quick task or a short questionnaire. We’ll use what you say – whether good or bad – to make important improvements to the website.
“We’d encourage as many people as possible to sign up to help us to improve the website. The website is for you, so we need your help to make sure it gives you the information you need, it's easy to understand and simple to navigate."
On average approximately one webpage will be emailed out each month. It is completely optional to take part each time.
